CL500 tracked tractor is a kind of variable span track traction vehicles, for ballast track bed long track push laying low comprehensive efficiency, refers to the comprehensive efficiency of ballastless track bed before dragging after push rail laying method, using dragging rail laying technology, can effectively solve the ballast track bed curve more, smaller radius, rail laying difficulties, low laying efficiency. It has the characteristics of large traction, flexible use, high degree of modularity, variable span, can cross the rail shape and so on. Crawler traction track laying method is suitable for the standard gauge ballast road bed with a length of 100-500m and a rail weight not more than 60 kg/m long rail strip, which can meet the requirements of seamless line. The tractor is the core equipment of the track laying unit with long ballast bed. The tractor is composed of the driver’s room, power room, chassis, walking mechanism, 6t dragging and rolling, roller bracket, rail bar clamp, power system, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.
