The track-laying unit adopts the front towing and rear push track-laying method, which is suitable for the standard gauge ballastless track bed track composed of a length of 100~500m and a rail weight not more than 60 Kg/m. The long track bed laying unit of WZ500E ballastless track bed adopts two compatible track laying methods: before drag and then push. The equipment composition is composed according to the front and rear position of the unit: it mainly consists of 100 rollers + transport small flat car + guide car + roller car I + roller car + roller car + split rail push car + transition smooth slope car + steel rail transport vehicle group.
