According to the Medium-and long-term Railway Network Plan, China will build 12,000 km of new passenger dedicated lines and intercity railways by 2020, with about 16,000 km planned. It is necessary to need multiple sets of seamless line laying equipment, independent development of suitable for China’s national conditions, high efficiency, high performance, easy operation, easy maintenance, low cost, low fault rate of new seamless line laying equipment is imperative, in order to meet the needs of China’s railway laying seamless line. In order to meet the needs of users, our company has investigated various types of rail laying machines at home and abroad, and independently developed the CYP500-type group pillow long steel rail laying unit together with China Railway No.2 Bureau Group Co., LTD. The operation mode of the rail laying unit adopts the group pillow method, and the whole machine moves forward, and the operation mode of receiving the track into the rail trough forms the rail line. Compared with the single pillow method, the difference is that the cloth pillow method is laid by multiple sleepers at the same time, and it is the operation mode of sharing the pillow and then laying the pillow. The equipment is composed of long rail tractor, main engine, auxiliary machine, pillow rail transport vehicle group, sleeper carrier and power and hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts.
