The S G 25 type B rail recovery unit adopts two vehicles installed at both ends of the four N17 flat cars respectively, and two rotary one-arm cranes to jointly carry out the old rail recovery operation which has been unloaded on the outside of the rail bearing tank. The unit is composed of two SQ5SB2T car cranes, two car cranes mounting bases, four N17 flat cars, diesel generator set, electric control system, etc. The equipment has its own power system, using full hydraulic mechanism control, with lifting, amplitude and rotation function. When used for railway rail harvesting operation, two groups shall cooperate in one group. The structural size of the unit meets the requirements of road and railway cargo transportation. When installed on rail leveling vehicles, the structural limit of its non-working state complies with the provisions of GB146.1-1983 “Standard Rail Railway Rolling Stock Limit”.
