Type WZ500F push type paving unit is in our company WZ500 ballastless track bed long rail laying unit developed, with high degree of automation, high laying accuracy, NDbed fasteners, high comprehensive operation efficiency, high reliability, has our country independent intellectual property rights, can meet the requirements of the high-speed railway ballast bed and ballastless disposable laying seamless line. The rail laying unit adopts the push track laying method, which is suitable for the standard gauge track bed track composed of a length of 100~500m and a rail weight of 60 Kg/m. WZ500F push laying unit adopts push rail laying method. The equipment composition is composed according to the front and rear position of the unit: it mainly consists of 160 rollers + transport small flat car + roller car I + roller car + roller car + split rail push car + transition along the slope car + steel rail transport vehicle group.
